What is your primary product or service?
Providing affordable solutions to businesses experiencing issues with the daily operations of their business.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
While working as the Inventory Manager in larger companies I began to wonder how smaller companies manage their inventory, especially when they do not have a dedicated person or staff. I quickly learned that most smaller business manage their inventory in a react mode, meaning they deal with issues as they arise but never completely resolve issues to due moving on to the next crisis.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
When I take on a project I work directly with each member of my clients staff to ensure they have a full understanding of the changes being made to their company. I want my clients to know that I will always have their best interest in mind all throughout the project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
In July 2014 I chose to expand the services I offer. In doing so I changed the name of the company to JIT Solutions Group. I have more services & resources to offer my clients.

The majority of the services I provide are perform at the customer site.
