How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Audiology, hearing care, hearing aids, hearing protection; essentially any technology or product necessary to improve or protect hearing. More information is available at www.CarolinaHearingDoctors.com
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After working 12 years for two medical practices specializing in ear surgery and treatment I decided to focus all of my energy on new hearing technology. 85% of hearing loss cannot be restored with medicine or surgery; I am now focused completely on helping this large group of people.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a Doctor of Audiology I see every person (patient) as a opportunity to improve hearing. Every recommendation is focused on what is best for each individual. While I sell and dispense hearing aids my focus is always to match a persons unique hearing need to the hearing technology/aids that are most appropriate for them. Too many hearing aid sales offices look upon everyone as a sales opportunity. We know you have specific needs so we are intent on meeting those needs - not imply selling you something.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two locations - Winston-Salem & Clemmons

The Winston-Salem office is at 3740 Vest Mill Raod, one block from the Healy Drive Post Office and three blocks from Home Depot. We are at the corner of Westgate Center Drive and Vest Mill Road, with our office sitting directly on the corner overlooking this four-way stop. The Clemmons office is directly on Hwy 158 - also known as Clemmons Road. We are 1/4 mile west of the intersection where 158 crosses Lewisville-Clemmons Road.

Which areas do you service?

Audiologist Dr. Scott Mills fully owns Carolina Hearing Doctors. Our assistants/hearing aid dispensers are Paula Livingston, Sue Ann Mills, and Kelly Garcia.

8-5 Monday - Friday.
