How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My family has been in the painting business for as long as I have been born. I started as soon as I could help and learn with my father.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Alot of companies send there employees out while the owners stay in the office. I stay on the job each day and work with my employees to see that each job is done with skilled perfection. Master Coats Painting company has had several painting jobs in the parade of homes and won in the past.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have a small business at this time and work in local areas. I am very much looking forward to expanding in the near future. I run from 3 to 8 employees depending on the work I have.
