How long have you been in business?
We have been in the roofing business for over 20 years now and we always try to take every class or attend seminars offered by roofing manufactures so we can keep up with the ever changing technologies in the roofing industry.
What is your primary product or service?
We pride are self on trying to offer the best products for what ever the job may need.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I came up in life being around a lot of roofers- You could say it was a family profession. I always enjoyed helping people and talking to them about roofs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I don't really know much about my competitors, but I strive to be open and honest with my employees and customers making sure they are treated fairly.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At the present time we have only one location and are located in Winston Salem.
What type of payments do you accept?
At present we accept Checks, money orders,cash, and after august 14th we will be accepting Visa and Master card.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of the Triad and surrounding areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Troy Cooley Is the owner and operator on Cooley Roofing & Construction.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon.-Sat. 7am to 7pm and Sundays by appointment only.
